The people who answer our phones live in Texas, not in another state…or another country and they’re dedicated to providing outstanding customer care. We may have let a few Customer Care folk slip in here that weren’t born and bred Texans, but they all “got here as fast as they could.” We are proud of our Texas roots and our Texas heritage (can you tell?) and we are honored to serve anyone living in the great state of Texas!
